Is a double mat, the top mat is actually five pieces glued onto the bottom mat. These five pieces are fall out (scraps) from another mat, similar to the green mat directly below it. The resolution here is not very clear, but the top mat has wrapping paper (a leaf pattern, block print style) dry mounted to the back of a piece of white matboard, that white mat was cut, then the fall out of it was glued to this bottom mat.
