CUSTOMER SURVEY RESULTS
Recently we asked a thousand customers a number of questions like: How can we improve our product? How can we improve our service? Where did you learn about Alto's EZ Mat? Where did you buy your tools? What do you think of your mat cutter? The following is brief summary of the results.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION RATING
We asked 1,000 people to rate our product on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 for "Not Satisfied" to 10 "Very Satisfied."
Please note that 10 is the most frequently checked box in every category.
Not everyone answered all the questions which accounts for why the totals don't equal 1,000.
Everybody who answered a 5 or less we called and helped them through their problems.

We asked "What features do you like MOST about your Alto's."
Many people wrote down more than one answer.
The top four are listed here:
753 people said - ease of measuring,
645 people said - the 45 degree bevel cutter,
531 people said - crisp 90 degree corners, and
484 people said - small size.
We asked "Why did you decide to buy an Alto's".
485 people chose to answer the question creating the following twenty categories:

Of the 764 people who answered the question, 133 (almost 18%)

In our survey we asked
"What can we do to improve our products?" and
"What can we do to improve our service?"
We were very satisfied to learn that most people didn't have any suggestions and if they did it could be summarized in the saying
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
