The 4590 has it all and is a joy to use. The 90° cut-off tool and ruled squaring arm enable you to cut full sheets of paper, matboard or even foam core to any size. The new “Clamp Bar” allows large pieces of matboard to slide underneath it. This unique feature makes multiple opening mats and angled cuts very easy and fast. The 4590 has beautiful nickle anodized, machined aluminum parts, the quality and feel of a fine tool and is worth every bit the price.
