Every item manufactured by Alto's is guaranteed to provide you with complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping/Handling cost is not refunded, and buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Items should be returned to the address below.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Products manufactured by Alto's EZ Mat Inc are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that you need warranty service, the product will be repaired or replaced without charge if delivered to Alto's EZ Mat Inc together with the sales receipt or other proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidential damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, or alteration, and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

Domestic Shipping
Most orders are sent out the next business day after they are received. Typically, orders for the continental USA and Canada are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS), and arrival can be expected within seven to fourteen days. International Shipping Shipments outside of the continental USA and Canada are shipped with either UPS or the United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary considerably.
